"I’m very excited to be joining SBCC" - Rishi

A few questions with new signing Rishi Patel:

Hi Rishi, are you excited to be joining SBCC?

I’m very excited to be joining SBCC it will be a great challenge in a fantastic league. It will be a fantastic opportunity to meet new guys and make more friends from what I have heard it’s a very sociable club. The club seems to do things differently to other clubs and I have been incredibly impressed by what the club is looking to achieve both on and off the pitch.

What do you know about the club and the team?

I know that the club as big ambitions to compete for the title which is really exciting and hopefully I can play a part in helping bring that title to the club.

What’s your ambitions with Leicestershire this season?

Obviously I want to play a lot of cricket for Leicestershire in all formats so one of my key ambitions is get a place in the team and cement a place in the team in the years to come.

How much can we expect to see you this season?

I think it’s a difficult one cos I want to play as many games for Leicestershire but any opportunity to play for SBCC I will take that chance with both hands and help in any way I can.
